Charles "Li" Hidley was an artist and teacher at the Art Association of Harrisburg from 1966 until 2003, having served as the association's Board Chairman and Curator. Hidley studied in NYC during the the 40-50s and was a part of the Abstract Expressionist movement in the city during that time.
