A Set of Three Soviet Tea Cup Holders - Space Satellite 1957
Rare Russian white metal (melhior) tea cup glass holders (podstakannik). This Podstakannik is dedicated for launching the first Russian space satellite in 1957 - holder is circa 1960's. The front of the holder has a nice image of the Sputnik satellite with stars, and on the sides are flower motifs.
The holders are approximately 3 inches high and 2-1/2 inches in diameter and were made in the Soviet Union.
