Antique African Hand Carved Oromo Tripod Stool
African Hand Carved Ethiopian Tripod Stool. Hand carved from a single piece of wood. Curved three legged wood stool with C shaped legs. The stool is a traditional shape from Ethiopia, especially for the ones created by the Jimma and Oromo people in the forest area of Western and Southern Ethiopia respectively. These stools were originally made as a functional object for the elders in the tribe. In good condition with wear throughout consistent with age.
