Antique Oak Sick Call Box (1897)
Three door antique sick call box cabinet. Set includes a two arm silver plated candlestick with shell form tray for holy water and removable crucifix, HIS engraved communion plates, holy water glass vial with cork stopper, horse hair brush with incised silver plated handle, handled vessel with incised detail, and lined in purple silk. Most pieces are marked Homan Silver Plate Company 1897. “The Blessed Family” located on the interior of the right door and “The Sacred Heart” on the interior of the right. Two brass crucifixes are adhered to the front doors and one on top. In very good condition considering the age. Wear that is present is conducive with age. Small blemish or scratch on the back in on the right hand side. Some fading of the silk fabric.
