Antique Folk Art Riverscape with Boat and House, Signed (1914, Oil on Canvas). Sunset scene along a river with a figure working in a boat. The house in the background has clouds of smoke exiting the chimney in a peculiar blue hue. Signed at dated in the lower right corner “C Mahler 12/3/14”. Housed in copper hue frame (we think the frame is from a later date). In good condition with wear consistent with age. Frame has some scuffs and scratches. There is a few scratches to the canvas (one in the upper right quadrant and the lower right). Please refer to photos for details.
