Condition is good. Small chip on backside of plaster.

Joseph J. Greenberg Jr was a woodworker and sculptor in Philadelphia. He created many public art sculptures in and around Philadelphia including: Granite Bear and Cub at the Philadelphia Zoo, Two Hands in West Philadelphia, Birds in Flight on Market and 2nd in Downtown Philadelphia, and the Symbol of Progress at the entrance of the public library in Bethlehem, PA.
